Celebrating Dalit History Month, the Hyderabad Book Trust presents an Omnibus on \nDalit Movements History in Andhra Pradesh. This omnibus covers the period of hundred \nand fifty years’ social history, history of dalit resistance, foundations and consolidation of \ndalit identity while laying foundations for alternative cultural movements. This omnibus \ncomprises of Adhunika Bharatadesa Nirmanam lo Dalitulu by Jangam Chinnaiah, \nNoorendla Dalita Charitra by Adapa Satyanarayana, Andhra Pradesh Dalita Udyama \nCharitra by Y. Chinnarao and Telugunata Dalita Rajakeeyalu by Gundimeda Sambaiah. \nA notable aspect of this omnibus is that all the writers are from Dalit Bahujan \ncommunities, properly qualified researchers and all focused on the mutually interrelated \nthemes of dalit history.
