From small beginnings, Nagarathnamma rose to become a stellar figure in the cultural firmament of Madras of the 1920s and 30s. \nSriram Venkatakrishnan (1966-) is an Indian entrepreneur, columnist, music historian and heritage activist. He has had a varied career in marketing and advertising before joining his family businesses in Industrial Hydraulics and Software. \nT. Padmini was an accomplished veena artiste in Visakhapatnam. She performed and taught the veena and vocal music. She had a Ph.D in music.
